My name is Patrick Gauthier
I’m a 23-year-old self-taught private chef from Québec with a lifelong passion for cooking.
Without going through traditional culinary schools, I learned by experimenting, by failing, by tasting — and above all, by loving food. From my first dishes in my parents’ kitchen to creating refined menus for my clients, I’ve built my own vision of cooking: honest, creative, and full of heart.
